Mountain Fest 2023 Round Up

This year’s Mountain Fest canyon fun was full of games and competitions included the Burly Mountain Obstacle course, Sky Run Build-A-Beard, Frozen Flannel, Soap Whittlin’, Locavore Chicken Poop Bingo, Donut Eating, Bongo Love Chainsaw Carving, Poultry Petting Zoo, and Car Show. CCC Park and Rec District is so grateful for this supportive community during this year’s Mountain Fest.

Rachel Cusimano and Ryan Wismer brought home the Burliest Woman and Burliest Man awards on this year’s challenging Burly Mountain Obstacle course. And Beau Benisch is the reigning champ two years running as the Canyon’s Burliest Mountain Kid winner.

Craig Tabor showed his “chops” and won wood splitting!

Kyle West delighted the crowd in the annual photo contest “Mountain Water” – check out his pic on our FB Page!

Efong Yee soap artistry dazzled the competition for the Hybre Thorne Soap Whittlin’ contest.

Isaak Torres fought hard against the fuzzy freeze and dominated as this year’s Frozen Flannel winner.
